TERMS OF SALE:
MILITARIA ORDERS:
All packing and shipping costs are payable by purchaser. Estimates: $45
and up for longarms. $20 and up for pistols, $20 for swords. $15 and up
for accoutrements. $45 for saddles. Multiple orders will cost more than
single items, depending upon weight and insurance value. Buyer is
responsible for all shipping and insurance charges.
ALL GUNS
ARE SOLD AS COLLECTOR'S ITEMS ONLY - NOT AS SHOOTING ARMS. I accept
no liability, expressed or implied, for the shooting safety of any gun
sold. You should take any gun to a licensed gunsmith for a safety inspection
before shooting. All saddles sold as collector's items only, and are NOT
warranted as safe for riding due to the age of the leather.
All items subject
to prior sale.
All items fairly
described. The descriptions hide no major flaws nor do they list all minor
dings, points of wear, etc., that can be reasonably expected to be found
in antique items.
RETURNS:
Any item directly purchased (ie. not on layaway) may be returned for the
purchase price if the return shipment is made within three days and the
item is received by me in the identical condition as I shipped.
Layaways: Layaways
welcome. A deposit of 30% received within 7 days of your order will hold
the item for a total of 60 days from the initial, verbal confirmation
of the order. No returns are accepted on layaways. Deposits not followed
by full payment within 60 days are forfeited. No refunds on layaway deposits.

CARD ORDERS ARE PROCESSED IMMEDIATELY.
ALL TELEPHONE ORDERS MUST BE FOLLOWED BY PAYMENT WITHIN SEVEN DAYS.
Orders over
$40 must be paid by a cashier's check, money order or credit card. Personal
checks are not acceptable.
Shipping is
via UPS except for pistols. Pistols must be sent via US Postal Service.
Special shipping requirements must be paid by the buyer. Overseas shipments
have their own set of requirements and we can discuss at order time. Insurance
values and Customs figures must agree.
COLLECTORS'
LIBRARY (BOOK) ORDERS:
Collectors' Library offers reprints and books to retail and wholesale buyers.
Retail:
Shipping cost for Book Rate, insured and sent via USPS is $7.00 per bound book. For reprints, the cost is $3.50 for the first and $2.00 for each subsequent book. Prepayment is always required. Sorry, no returns on books except for printing or binding defects.
Dealer:
Books marked with * are sold at 40% discount in lots of 10, plus shipping. Books not so marked are carried as a convience to our collector clients and should be purchased in quantity from their publishers. 50% discounts are offered on orders of 100+ books with *.
Special and Overseas Orders:
We will attempt to comply with special packing or modes of shipment requirements but these must be pre-paid and provide for full insurance on the order.
